About Callie Sullivan
Callie has been an active and outspoken member of the Darien and Rowayton communities for the past 30 years. In 1995 she bought a Victorian house with her late-husband Tighe, which began her love of renovation of classic homes with great bones.
About Sullivan Property Holdings
In 2018, Callie founded Sullivan Property Holdings, with the aim of sharing her love of renovation with the greater community- beginning her first commercial project on Tokeneke Road. As a longstanding member of the community, and an artist at heart,
Callie aims to keep homes true to their footprint, making sure they are comfortably situated on the land- and keeping the great bones of each house. Callie works with a team of professionals from the Tri-State area, and is also often joined by her children, Jessie, Lila, and Tiger, during the renovation process.
Personal Passions
Callie remains an active part of the community, serving as a founding board member for the Rowan Association (Previously the Domestic Violence Crisis Center). Callie has also held leadership roles with Planned Parenthood of Southern New England. She is a passionate advocate for Women’s Rights.
